The original design for the wooden climbing triangle was created for children in a Hungarian orphanage durring WWII. In the US, the foster care system has all but replaced orphanages nowadays. We realized that here in the US there are foster kids all over but because these products are so large and expensive, most foster kids are likely being excluded from having access to them.
