The texture of our gel makes it extra easy to apply and blend. It is soft enough for a brush to penetrate and pick up but firm enough to stay in place once the gel is applied on the eyebrows. This is great for disguising graying eyebrow hair and for taming really fine strands. Using the High Standards Double-Sided Eyebrow Brush, or any brush you already own, you can groom your brows quickly and comfortably.

This brow gel is the best option for women with oily skin or who sweat a lot, making it difficult to make eyebrow makeup stay put and not fade. Our gel is tough against water, moisture, sweat and oil. To enhance its staying power, you can apply a loose setting powder or setting spray over it.

Make sure that your face is free of dirt and oil before applying your primer, foundation, and other cosmetics you wish to use. Dip an angled brush into the pot of eyebrow gel, making sure to not ruin the natural shape and position of its bristles. Outline the edge of each eyebrow, following its natural shape as much as possible. The angle of the brush gives your hand more control with minimal effort.

FILL IN THE BROWS

Once you have established the shapes of your eyebrow, use the same brush to fill it with color. Spread the gel as well as you can to keep it from clumping on the strands of your eyebrows. It is highly recommended to use short feathery strokes from the middle outwards to mimic the natural direction of hair growth. This way, the entire space looks filled in with hair, similar to how microblading looks.

BLEND AND SWEEP

Using a spoolie, blend the gel into your eyebrows. Use the same short feathery strokes that you used to fill the brows with pigmented makeup. As you blend the eyebrow gel in an outward direction, spreading the color further and blending the filled areas with the outline, you are also sweeping and grooming the hair strands. For best results, apply with our High Standards double-sided eyebrow brush.
