Our Q Timex Reissue series brings back some of our most iconic designs from the 1970s, a time when the quartz crisis was turning the mechanical watch industry upside down.

Rotating Bezel When you align the center mark of your rotating bezel with the current position of the minute hand, you can then read elapsed time on the bezel.	Domed Crystal Found in many vintage watches, domed acrylic crystals are shatter resistant making them preferred for dive watches. You’ll see slight dial distortion at extreme angles, an organic curve as the crystal arcs above the case, and a warmth not seen with glass.	Old-School Battery Hatch The caseback hatch is a design relic from the 1970s, when watch batteries only lasted months. Some modern batteries last nearly ten years, but we remained true to our archival designs. And you may thank us after a decade of use.

Diver-Inspired Design With bold luminescent hands, oversized markers, and an elapsed-time bezel, we kept the integrity of the diver style without the expense of a deep sea helium relief valve.	Woven Stainless Steel Bracelet Hundreds of woven stainless steel links give you a durable polished look with a flexible fit.	Tested Under Pressure In the 1960s we tested the durability of our watches on boat motors, the wrist of cliff divers and even in dishwashers. And we did it all on live television. Today, nearly every Timex watch is tested for water resistance and accuracy for 24 hours before it leaves our hands.
